This non-sleep deep rest meditation is designed to guide your mind and body into a state of deep relaxation without needing to fall asleep, although it’s completely okay if you do.

The practice supports nervous system regulation and helps create space to slow down from the busyness of the day.

At the beginning of the meditation, you may notice discomfort or restlessness as you transition from “doing” into simply being present. This is a normal part of the process.

Rather than trying to meditate perfectly, this practice encourages stillness, gentleness, and allowing your body and mind to process what’s happening in the moment.

There is no right or wrong way to experience this meditation. You are encouraged to move through it in whatever way feels most supportive for you.
