At times, gentleness towards yourself may feel natural, and at other times it may feel difficult or unfamiliar. This meditation creates space to practice meeting yourself where you are today without judgment.

Rather than trying to change who you are, this practice encourages compassion for everything you’ve moved through and all that you continue to carry.

There is no right way to experience this meditation. You are encouraged to move through it in whatever way feels supportive for you.
