SHIPPING POLICY
We are a small team of volunteers and will endeavour to get your order out as soon as possible!
Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your order – you’re welcome to contact us on 02 7226 0809 if you need it sooner, and we’ll make sure to prioritise it.
We do our best to reduce our shipping costs as much as possible. Unfortunately, because we are a very small business, we are unable to offer free shipping. Feel free to email us and we’d be happy to combine shipping or coordinate local pick up.

To keep everyone safe during COVID-19, Rough Patch offers contactless pickup for any online purchases.
1. Select ‘Local pickup’ as your shipping option when you checkout and complete your purchase.
2. When your order is ready, we will email you to organise the pickup from our shop located at 443 Parramatta Rd, Leichhardt.
REFUND POLICY
At this time, we do not offer refunds for change of mind on orders made through our online store.
If you received the wrong item or have a concern regarding damage to your order, please email us at info [at] roughpatchcounselling [dot] com. A picture of the defect is always appreciated.
Please note that Rough Patch is not responsible for loss of a parcel, delivery errors or damaged parcels.
